The role:
Our Church Administrator oversees the financial, operational, and administrative life of a multi-ministry organization that includes a congregation, a K–8 school, and a childcare center. You'll work alongside the Senior Pastor and Church Council to steward resources well, support a team of approximately 65 employees, and build the organizational foundation that allows ministry to flourish.

Core responsibilities include:
- Annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-range financial modeling
- Daily operations oversight, administrative systems, and official recordkeeping
- Facilities management and vendor coordination across all ministry sites
- Payroll administration, HR compliance, and staff support
- Board and Council support — reports, recommendations, and follow-through
A good fit looks like:
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in administration, operations, or finance
- Strong financial literacy with hands-on budgeting or forecasting experience
- A practicing Christian aligned with our mission and values
- Preferred: experience in church, nonprofit, or ministry settings; familiarity with LCMS culture
Compensation and benefits:
