MEDIA EXECUTIVE - KTIV (NE Nebraska)

KTIV, the NBC affiliate in Sioux City, Iowa is looking for an energetic individual who wants to work in the exciting world of media sales with emphasis in Northeast Nebraska.
As a Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for creating and selling advertising campaigns for commercial airtime, along with digital plans.  KTIV is looking for candidates who are competitive in nature, and who have the ability to first seek to understand a problem and then develop creative ideas and solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Grow existing accounts and attract new advertisers
- Maintain and keep Account Receivables current
- Help accounts plan and create ideas for their business
- Forecast each week's monthly sales

Qualifications/Requirements:

In addition to strong communication and organizational skills, the successful candidate will display:
- Interest in multi-media platforms
- Understanding of consumer behavior
- Basic marketing skills
- Relate ideas and solutions to your customers
- Build strong client relationships
- Ability to analyze statistical data
- At least one year of successful marketing, advertising sales, or customer service experience
- Valid driver's license required
