Fact is, everyone has a distinct temperament spectrum comprised of four colors: Blue, Gold, Orange and Green. Learn to identify a person's Real Colors® and you'll gain insight into the things that are most important to them, discover the secret of what motivates them and much more.

This workshop provides an opportunity for professionals to examine who they are and how they relate to their associates in the workplace. It empowers associates by teaching them effective communication skills and helping them understand their own behavior and the behavior of their friends, family, and co-workers.
By learning to better understand and deal with the personality styles of others, participants gain power in every aspect of their lives, both professionally and personally.
Performance Objectives
After successful completion of the Real Colors “You, Others and Their Real Colors” workshop participants will be able to:

• Recognize and appreciate their own unique blends of strengths and qualities.
• Recognize, appreciate, and understand the unique blends of strengths and qualities of others.
• Recognize their learning preferences and those of others.
• Speak in the Language of their listener
• Listen in the language of their speaker
• Identify and practice the skills necessary for enhanced communication by learning the most effective methods of speaking to different people.
• Incorporate into the workplace and life scenarios the skills learned in the course.
• Apply the powerful Real Colors® principles in all areas of their lives.
