Class is held on Tuesdays: January 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th and February 3rd and 10th at either 1-3p.m. or 6:30-8:30p.m.
Location
Classes are held at the Norfolk Family YMCA. Childcare is available for participants at no additional cost; reserve a spot during registration.
Fees/Admission
Fee for the class is $25 per person or $35 per couple.
