2011 Norfolk Recovery Rally
The 2011 Norfolk Recovery Rally is an event highlighting that recovery is possible and deserves to be celebrated. The Rally is FREE and will include food, entertainment, kids games, recovery testimonies, a recovery celebration and guest speaker Scot Adams. Scott is the NE HHS Director of Behavioral Health Services.
