DESCRIPTION:You are invited to attend this informational meeting to discuss the possibilty of creating an Improvement Project Area (IPA) to provide drinking water for rural residents in the area south of Norfolk from the Elkhorn River to Madison. Due to the drought\, there were many areas south of Norfolk that experienced a decline in groundwater levels. The proposed IPA may be able to correct some of the water quality and quantity issues and provide good driking water for the businesses and rural residents in this area.
