There will be clowns\, face painting\, bounce house\, a sand pile\, big wheel races\, carnival food\, raffles and so much more.  Downtown business will be featuring different events at each of their stores which are all tailored towards kids.\n\n	The event is sponsored by the Great American Comedy Festival\, the Vehicle Parking District and the Downtown Norfolk Association.
